These include: first and last name, email address, and phone number. In the case of corporate events, we also require the company name, company ID, and VAT number.

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to provide you with our services. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you during our cooperation, regarding complaints or your inquiries.

We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes and, where applicable, for handling complaints).

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract – and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

For the duration of the newsletter subscription and for 24 months after unsubscribing from the newsletter.
