From April 3 to 6, we are preparing a festive menu full of fresh seasonal ingredients and both traditional and modern flavours. Look forward to dishes featuring wild garlic, succulent leg of lamb, and other specialities that simply belong to Easter.

For those who want to experience the holidays to the fullest, we have prepared a special four-course tasting menu:

1. Asparagus tartare – ricotta, chives
2. Wild garlic cream soup – sour cream, quail egg, butter crouton
3. Leg of lamb – potato-spinach purée, pommes Anna, spring vegetables, thyme demi-glace
4. Carrot bundt cake – white chocolate cream, cherry sauce, apple gel
