Outdoor BBQ with Live Music on 8 August 🔥🎻

On Saturday 8 August, we invite you to the château park of Zámeček Petrovice for an outdoor barbecue with live music.

Enjoy grilled specialities, refreshing drinks and a relaxed summer evening with your family and friends.

The atmosphere will be provided by the BEFOR chamber ensemble of the Beskydy Folklore Orchestra, led by first violinist Ondřej Zedníček. They will play for your listening and dancing pleasure.

What we’ll be serving from the grill

• Smoked pork ribs (290 CZK) – 400 g pork ribs from our own smokehouse, coleslaw, bread
• Juicy grilled ham sausage (150 CZK) – 150 g, honey mustard, horseradish, pickled peppers, bread
• Grilled Jeseník cheese from a local farm (150 CZK) – 120 g, torn salad leaves, lemon vinaigrette, pomegranate, cherry tomatoes
• Chicken wings (250 CZK) – 400 g of grilled chicken with tomato salsa, cherry tomatoes and chives, coleslaw and bread
