The main flavours dominating the menu are inspired by a modern vision and using the latest cooking techniques that are the domain of Chef Vojtěch Beseda, who began his career under the supervision of Gordon Ramsay in Prague. We serve expressive, modern dishes inspired by traditional Czech and French cuisine in the spirit of “slow food”. We often surprise our guests with the most popular dishes from all over the world.

Professional service makes sure that nothing is missing and that everything is elegant and not pretentiously presented to the table. Our bartenders serve original cocktails and drinks, as well as excellent coffee. You can count on the recommendation of selected wines from our cellar. The restaurant can prepare a special menu on request. This place is perfect for organizing special events. There are two large representative rooms in the building, each for approx. 50 people, which can be combined into one whole. To create a more intimate atmosphere, the hosts propose a lounge for about 22 people. Less formal meetings in a more informal atmosphere can be organized in the bowling alley with two modern lanes. There is also a Knight Chamber for about 14 people, which is connected to the wine cellar, for elegant meetings.
